Standard UK Delivery
If you're absent, the driver might leave your parcel securely or with a neighbour, leaving a card indicating its location. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Next Day UK Delivery
For missed deliveries, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour, obtaining a signature. The carrier will notify you about the parcel's location. If you won't be home, feel free to reach out to your carrier to reschedule the delivery.
Standard UK Delivery
We deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please note that deliveries to areas outside UK Mainland might take a bit longer. Deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey, Republic of Ireland, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) postcodes, and PO Box addresses are not currently available.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is exclusively available for UK Mainland. Unfortunately, it's not offered for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, BFPO postcodes, certain Scilly Isles, and specific Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes. Please refer to the provided table for detailed information on excluded postcodes.
