Returns & REFUNDS policy

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you're not entirely pleased, you have the option to return any item within our specified returns period. To facilitate a smooth return process, kindly ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, complete, and in impeccable condition – unused and unwashed.


For your convenience, please include proof of purchase when initiating a return. In the event that you're unable to provide proof of purchase, we're pleased to offer an exchange or provide you with a gift tender, such as a gift card or e-gift card, equivalent to the lowest-selling price of the returned goods. It's important to note that if the goods exhibit any faults, a refund will be provided, regardless of whether proof of purchase is available. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.

Timeframe: You've got 14 days post-order dispatch to return for a refund – either in-store or by post using your despatch note as proof of purchase.


Gift Purchases: Gifts can be exchanged with a receipt/gift receipt for products or a That's My gift card of equal value.


Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original condition (including packaging and labels), and with all tags attached. Usage or tag removal forfeits return rights under our policy.


Non-Refundable Items (unless faulty):


  • Perishables
  • Piercing jewellery
  • Unsealed hygiene-sealed items
  • Customisable goods


Delivery and return costs are not refundable.


The above policy does not affect your statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods or your right to cancel orders made online. If you wish to exercise your cancellation rights please see the "Statutory Right to Cancel" section below.


Statutory Right To Cancel


If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not a business) you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel, and you may do so by contacting our info@thatsmy.com.


If you receive the items from your order on different days, this cancellation period shall end 14 days after the day on which you receive the final item of your order. You must then return your order in full without delay, either by post (at your own cost and risk), or to store (free). All goods contained in your order must be returned in their original condition (together with all packaging and labelling) and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.


If your contract is cancelled in full, we will provide you with a refund for the item(s) within 14 days of our receipt. If you have paid a delivery charge, we will also refund the standard delivery charge to you. Please note, if you have used one of our quicker delivery options, we will only refund the standard delivery charge.


This right does not apply to:


  • perishable items
  • jewellery worn in a piercing
  • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed
  • customisable goods

Absolutely, these items can be returned in accordance with our standard returns policy.

Regrettably, online purchases cannot be directly exchanged. Should you wish to replace an item with a different size, color, or product, kindly initiate a new online order. Your new order will be swiftly dispatched, while we process your return upon receipt, adhering to our returns policy.
